Cancellation Policy
As a provider that participates with your insurance company, we accept a 30-50 % reduced fee for every
Procedure we perform. We would appreciate at least 24 hours if you have to cancel or move your appointment. We provide text, email, and telephone reminders as a courtesy to you. If an appointment is cancelled or changed without a 24 hour notice, a $75.00 fee with be added to your
Account. This $75.00 fee also applies to “No-show” appointments.
